Request Escalation

Am having issues integrating the Context. Io API. i have sent my problem to both support At context.io and tony at context.io email address for help but nothing has been heard from them. I was wondering if that email address is working. I will be pleased if my request is escalated or given an immediate response. I will soon be out of town. please check those 2 email address above and help me out. Thanks
