Post deadline bugs?

My project is open source and I've only just found (when rerunning my test scenarios) that the README is wrong... Is a tweak to the README permitted? Although...this also means that the copy/paste job I did from the README to the submission is wrong too. T_T

Happy to chock this up to my own stupidity...but if README updates are OK, I'm also eager to fix this documentation bug. :)
